For clients we collect your name, email address and mobile number. For artists we additionally collect professional details, portfolio images and the verification documents you submit. We collect only what the platform needs to operate.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, to deliver booking inquiries to the right artist, to verify artist identities, and to send transactional messages about your account and bookings.
How we protect it
All traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed and never stored in readable form. Verification documents are stored outside the public web root and are accessible only to authorised reviewers.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. When you submit a booking inquiry, the details you provide are shared with the artist you selected so they can respond.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correct inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
